Double play for UNM and the TCU runner slides OUT OF THE BASELINE and tries to take our Brownsteins legs....We still make the play and the 1st base umpire calls the runner safe at first. Coach immediately leaves the dugout and is tossed.
Hey, the message sent to our players is, 'I will fight for you'. Stupid umps don't know the rules and give TCU every call....(I thought this crap only happened in basketball).
Oh well, we REALLY need to take this last game today. Hopefully the guys will find their bats again.
