I'm glad for RJ. He will really help the SPURS!!!!!!!!!! Finally he's out of Milwakee.

Genius move by the Spurs. They pick up a wing scorer, a big need, who's a veteran. And they jettison junk that can, if they choose and things go right, pick up again for league minimum later.

Great move by the Spurs, especially considering that the Bucks are likely to jettison Bowen so the Spurs can re-sign him. Now what they need is another big guy. Maybe Varejao? The Birdman? Or even 'Sheed?

Not to mention RJ can defend very well. And adds athleticism which the Spurs need very badly. RJ can still get up. And Sean Elliot played there and RJ will be a great addition to the SPURS.

Ok move I am not sure the right move though, why would they want to get older? As for Jefferson he is a good player and is still athletic but not as explosive as he once was, he shoots too many threes but is really good in the mid range

Older??? Dude's 29. Not a spring chicken but not old yet.

He's a .400 career 3 pt. shooter, that's his game.

He also gets to the freethrow line at a good clip.

He also gives them a versatile wing player that can score both in transition and the half-court. What's not to like?

This coming from an SDSU fan:Afun) He is explosive enough. You always seem to miss the point. RJ is what the SPURS needed in a wing. He drives to the rim very well. If he is open for those threes he should take them. He has a very good outside game. Do you actually watch any games to know what you're talking about. RJ is not that old...get off the crack!
