COWBOYS 8-1!!

If DAL can get by Green Bay later this year, DAL will get the bye and home field advantage.

In all likelihood both Dallas and Green Bay will finish with the two best records in the NFC and both will get byes (assuming that I remember the playoff structure - I'm much more interested in the college game unless the Eagles are involved, and it doesn't look as thugh they will be).

Home field will of course depend onthe best overall record, but the winner of theat game will own the tie breaker and probably will be the home team throughout the play-offs. The idea of Dallas playing in a-10 degree weather amuses me. Go Packers!

Well if DAL beats GB, and can win out, then DAL will get the first round bye and get home field advantage in the Playoffs. If GB were to meet DAL in the NFC CHamp game, hoem field would go to DAL. Right?

Why would -10 degree weather amuse you? You think DAL is soft JP?

If cowboy fans are going to gloat, they should put tags on their threads. I put the only one that I could think of that was appropriate. Your welcome, Philly. ;-)

I love how everyone hates the Cowboys, yet their teams suck so bad they can only hate on DAL.

You guys are a riot!

I was just having a little fun, Philly, if you'd like I'll change it to something else. :D

Actually, I don't hate the Cowboys. In fact, I grew up a Cowboy fan and spilled a little blood on the playgrounds defending myself from all of the bandwagon Steeler fans at the time.

I've since lost interest in the NFL in general, but I can't resist giving hardcore Dallas fans a hard time because you guys are always so defensive about it.

In any case, it was all in fun on my part. :D

I have hated on Dallas for over 30 years. I'm not a bandwagon hater. I've been in it for the long run! I hated on Dallas when my Skins were good and the Cowgirls were bad, and vice versa.

Love the Skins, hate the Cowgirls...that's just the way my life is!

LOL!

There is not a team anywhere, in any place, or any sport, at all, whatsoever, that I dislike, hate, abhor, ummmm cheer against more than the Cowboys. Comes with the territory of being a Skins fan.

but playing in -10 degree weather is difficult if you are not used to it. The ball feels different, hard thrown passes are much more difficult to catch. Makes no difference in the line play but affects all forms of ball-handling and kicking and, on natural turf, makes the footing different. I have lived up there (6 years in the upper mid-west), and I have experienced some of these conditions (not playing pro football, obviously).

That may be, but GB comes to Dallas.
Unless hell freezes over it should be a comfortable 60 or so degrees.
