In his interview after winning the MVP trophy he stated he "never puts himself ahead of the team" and if the team's not winning it just means "he has to work harder". Gave alot of credit to his teammates. Very unselfish.

There are more guys like Barry but to a lesser degree but still extremely full of themselves than we reallize that fly under the radar. Barry just didn't give a flip.
