seems like the automatic log out is a little quick...can this be extended...i like to check in often while i'm working and i'm always logged out.

I never log out. All i do is just close my browser and or choose a new page. Under your log in check the box that says "Remember me". That should help.

is there anyway to read just the new posts???

Yes, right above the LoboLair header at the top you will see a icon that says "New Posts".

ok that helps but i was thinking more along the lines of what the old board did.. (it takes you directly to that specific new post)

Ok, theres a light grey V arrow that takes you to the new post under the last person to posts name of the right side of
page.

Also, at the top left of a thread, under the reply button, there is a button that says "view first unread". That's what I use.

You'll also notice that posts in bold red have the two down emblem... >> these things facing down, which will take you directly to the first unread post in that thread.
