What did Flanagan say after the game? I didn't get to listen.

He was very calm and showed how to be a good sport and a gracious loser. He made no excuses and did say Amy had a nice game. He talked a little about a possible concussion for Amy coming on top of that black eye she's been sporting after an earlier game. Said she was showing some dizziness and they sat her down right away and are watching her. I really forget what else he said other than what a poor shooting performance we had. If I was a betting man I'd guess he's not all that broken up about "the streak" ending so maybe there is a silver lining to this loss. And isn't it nice to see the Aggie program improving. What a shame it is that there were so few Aggie fans in the stands to see this big win for their program. As he always used to do, coach made it a point to thank all the loyal fans who made the trip to Las Cruces to support the Lady Lobos! As I said elsewhere....there is no shame in losing unless the team doesn't care and gives up and I don't think that will ever happen with this coach or with these players!

Go Lady Lobos! We love you still!! :bighug

thanks for the info - I also think there is a silver lining to the loss. Keeping the streak going was just added pressure. They will play more relaxed next time.

I would say Lobo fans were about 1/3 of the fans there and we did our best.
