Sunday night at 7:30 at the Santa Fe Brewing Co. This show is a last minute addition to their tour because they love playing in Santa Fe! Very intimate and limited seating. I think there are still a few tickets left. Call Fan Man Productions at 986-1858 or e-mail Jaime at FanManProd@aol.com. If you don't get an answer, call SFBC at 424-3333.

Woo!!!!!

What an awesome show last night. One of the band members lives here in SF now, so this was supposed to be a day off between shows in Denver and Tucson that they were going to hang out in SF. But Jamie at FanMan put together a quick show and it turned out to be fantastic. About 1/3 into their set list, they tore it up and said they just wanted to play and have fun. Did a lot of jamming and playing with the audience (SF Brewing Co. has a small, low stage and the audience was right on top of the band). One of those special shows when both the audience and the band just click.

The band hung out afterwards and I visited with some of them. I spoke to Raul and told him it was one of the best Ozo shows I'd seen. He said he hadn't had as much fun at a show in a long time and how much they love playing in Santa Fe. Like Jamie said, Santa Fe loves Ozo, and Ozo loves Santa Fe!

Sounds like a unique opportunity to watch them in an intimate setting. Lucky you that you got to watch a great show that was pulled together at the last minute. Makes me wish I lived in Santa Fe. At least for a day.

Yeah, awesome show! And I was a good boy last night and only had a couple of beers. But a lot of people around here have come up with this 24 hour stomach bug. Even if I had been sick last night, I would have been there. In case no one has noticed, this is my favorite band and I never miss the chance to see them. This was my third show this year to see them. And definitely the best.

Ozomatli is defintely unique. Good sound, they probably sound even better live.

They hit Santa Fe three or four times a year. They really love to play here. I saw them three times here this year. I am particular with my entertainment dollars, and try not to attend concerts of acts I've already seen before. There are a few exceptions, and Ozo is a band I not only will see over and over again, but will travel to see. I went to Scottsdale a couple of years ago to see them play in a music festival there.
