concerning the unfortunate legal issue. But given the fact that these jerks are threatening everyone in sight, they obviously don't have the legal time or resources to pursue everything vigorously. They're throwing a hundred spitballs against the wall to see which ones stick. Their cause is not sincere. They'll settle for almost any amount of legal extortion.

I didn't fully explain that this "settlement" won't have to be a large amount of money or take a lot in legal fees. These creeps are like the school bully. They'll settle for lunch money. What will have to follow is the normal "release" process, so they can't do it again.

I was wondering the same thing, Rick. Rebelnet on the other hand, probably has 100X the number of LVRJ articles on their site. If Righthaven is selectively enforcing their "rights", that gives them a weaker case at best. At worst it smacks of harrassment if they are picking and choosing who they go after.
