NCAA Football 12

Who's picking the game up on the 12th. I've been playing the demo on the PS3 and can't wait to get my hands on the full game.

Got this on Saturday. Almost through with one season so far. The reviews are right, it is kinda hard to pass, even on Varsity. I usuallys start there just to get a feel for the game, and usually am a lot better than 6-4.

I really like the custom conferences. Made one with the following format:

North

Utah
BYU
Utah St
Colorado
Colorado St
Wyoming

South

Arizona
Arizona St
UTEP
New Mexico
New Mexico St
Air Force

Overall I'm very happy with the game. Last one I bought was the 2010 version, so this is a big improvement.

The passing is harder, yes. But it should be. They actually fixed zone defenses this year. If you read the defense pre and post snap, passing isn't all that hard. Depends on the quality of your QB, but I can pass effectively. Gone are the days of 500+ yard passing games every week, but I have thrown for over 300 and can get anywhere from 175-250 pretty commonly. But I am a run first team. I run about 55-60% of the time. Those numbers are actually very accurate for most college football teams that run a lot. I also play on All-American.

Has anyone done anything with the coaching carousel yet? I love this feature. I started off as the OC for North Texas for a year. Then was the OC at Fresno State for 2 years. I am now in year 4. I planned on staying as an OC for another year, but the New Mexico job came open and it was offered to me. Of course I took it. I replaced Coach Locks. He is now the OC for Wyoming! David Reaves contract came up and he took another job. Lane Kiffin in my OC.

I'm on Road to Glory for the most part. I finished my first RTG with New Mexico a week or two ago and finished 1st on the leaderboards with New Mexico, 2nd in the conference and 8th in the NCAA but now I'm 14th or 15th on the NCAA leaderboard. I just started another RTG with Penn State.
