Tomorrow is effectively the last day he could be cleared and still play the first semester. He would then have to find a way to get here tonight or tomorrow so that he could enroll Friday.

We'll see what happens.

You can enroll online. So, theoretically, he could do that on Friday (last day) and arrive over the weekend. We are getting to the point of no return very shortly, though.
