View Full Version : Indians break through in Boston
They send 10 to the plate in the 11th to break open a 6-6 game and tie the series at 1.
After the first couple of runs were scored, it seemed like Francona decided not to waste his pitching resources to try to salvage the game. Better to save what he had for game 3.

It was a good game, I missed the extra inning outburst though. Both teams are capable of winning the whole thing. I'd give the edge to Boston because with Manny seeing the ball the way he is, well, when Manny is on fire lock the kids away because it may get ugly.

I did too. I went out to eat and watch the game, but I got tired after the tenth, so I headed home. When I got hear it was 8-6, so I saw the rest. Gagne has lost a lot since his surgery. I was talking to a Red Sox fan friend of mine and he was saying how great Gagne was. But he hasn't been anywhere near the same since his surgery. He opened the floodgates.
