That was just a tremendous win. To have not played well pretty much all game, and to have still pulled out a road win is huge.
Good job guys!
Good teams find ways to win ugly.
This win was fugly, but it is still a win! 5-2 and bring on AFA!!!

This is the kind of game we have been losing for years. The kind of game other teams have pulled out against us. This could be a turning point. I read some of the Lobo posters on the MWCboard (I don't call them fans because they aren't) and they were disappointed with the game. I say it shows the character this team has and may have been a turning point.

Good post JR. Just need to down AFA now.
We scored our only 2 TD's with 11 seconds remaining in the 1st half (94 yd drive) and with something similar remaining in te 2nd half. SDSU managed to contain us the other 59:40 of the game. Crazy stuff. I agree that this is the thing that usually happened to us in years past. Now it's our turn to be able to will ourselves to a victory even when things aren't going well.

Good point, Pause. Hopefully this was his breakout game and we'll be hearing much from him. He was pretty highly acclaimed coming in, but had been relatively quiet.
