This is a direct quote from the ticket office's second email reply...in fact, this is the entire thing:
Our records show we sent you 2 youth and 1 adult.
If they all say the Same prize you are find to give them to the Charity and you keep 1.
They're trying to say: "If they're all the same price you're fine to give two to charity and you keep one."
I rewrote them and told them about the odd labeling on all my tickets in the 2nd email. On all three pages the tickets are labeled in different dollar amounts per game: 13, 8, 8, 13, 8, 8,
...which doesn't make sense. They show reduced rates for season tickets, but at different types of ticket (the single adult price is $15 dollars and the single youth ticket is $10 on all games, there's no raised admission single games on www.unmtickets.com). So someone thought when I ordered 1 adult and 2 youth they thought they should label the tickets differently per game (ON THE SAME PAGE) that way as well? It's very strange. I told them, "if all three were identical I wouldn't know which one to donate and which one to keep to go to games".
So there's obviously no organization or structure at all since they're just tearing off the ticket at the football gate.
If you haven't already, I would just buy $48 dollar youth tickets because there's seemingly no difference between adult and youth season tickets in the north end zone area. The idiocy of this entire departments' standard has left me at a loss for words and they're asking to get burned by counterfeiters with no solvent structure in place. Amazing.

That's why I asked cause I heard that when the ticket scans it will say either youth or adult. Before I would just use a moist tissue and wash off the youth. I bought plenty of season tickets and sometimes because of commitments by the kids I would wash off the youth and give the tickets to friends. Sounds bad but hey with the direction of the program in the last 3 years I had to do my part in getting butts in the stands.
For basketball yes...for football the attendant has just torn off the stub the last three years.
Again, apparently it doesn't matter. I pointed out the descrepancies to the ticket office themselves and there's no cause for alarm from their end at all. However people show up is how they take them I guess.
Meanwhile, back at the topic.... Ordered four for Southern online Saturday afternoon, got them in the mail in Roswell on Tuesday morning. Certainly can't complain about the service...
Jeff
I ordered my first Lobo Football game tickets just now. I am really excited. They should get to me in time by mail right?! Just wondering. Why is it that in section EE all the first few rows closest to the field are not taken? I got row 9. Figured that the closer ones are harder to see the entire game... Any input? I am really excited!
Also MARK. On my screen (house computer) the thread seems really messed up. The posts are low and I cant find a way to get to page 2 on the bottom of the screen. I also just posted and it shows up above someone that has posted 1 day ago...
I'm about 5'11" (ding) and the first five are truly difficult to view from if you want to sit the majority of the game. I'm usually on my feet so I never really complained. Been there. Be sure to take that into consideration. If all else fails, you can stand on the bleacher!![]()
Cool, yeah I just got row 9 so it should be okay. If only basketball tickets had that many seats available toward the court!
FINALLY !!! .. my 4 tickets came in the P.O box today ..wow that was close, thought i was gonna have to go to the "walk on" tryouts just to get in to watch the game![]()
