New Mexico to host Kenneth Lowe this weekend...

New Mexico will host 6' 7" forward Kenneth Lowe from Little Chute High School in Wisconsin this weekend on an official visit. Lowe is class of 2013 and plays AAU basketball for the Wisconsin Blizzard. Lowe is a skilled player who handles with either hand and is very explosive off the bounce.

A sleeper in the 2013 class, Lowe has been impressive at times this spring while showcasing his instincts, range, and athleticism. Can play either forward spot with success as he can score around the basket but also has the ability to step away and drop in the jumper as well. A solid athlete with nice rebounding instincts, Lowe is another below the radar talent whose stock could soar with a strong month of July. One to watch closely this month as he’s a sleeper in the truest sense of the word. Currently collecting some interest from UW-Green Bay as well as MN Morehead, Mary, etc.

I remember watching highlights of this kid. He moves a little like Aaron Gordon.
6'7, explosive off the bounce, jump shots, and handles. Would be stoked if we get him.

Either everyone in Wisconsin is 6-7' or his height is exaggerated. Maybe I have my Friday eyes on. The guys really good but I'm getting more of a Jamal Williams feel from him ? Either way, what a great addition he would be and right in Alfords sweetspot (big guy who can play multiple positions).

He reminds me of Butta, good with the ball, possibly not the assist generator that Butta was, but very mobile and very good around the basket scoring and I am sure rebounding. I thought he was good when the first clips showed up with him, but he looks even better now.

Just because one dribbles with his left hand doesn't mean he/she is left-handed. All high schoolers use their left hand to dribble and to finish at the rim on the left side. At least most of the good ones do.

I did notice this guy used his right to finish on the left side, which he can get away with in high school because he can out-jump everyone. That won't be the case in college.
