Great article. Couldn't be better if it was written by a member of the local media. (tongue in cheek) Articles like this are long overdue. He is one of the most underrated players in the country. A real "team" player.

Very nice article. He's a special player, role model, student, and young man that will be remembered fondly for all time.

Thanks for posting. When I left the Marriott Center on Saturday, elated at the outcome, and still not believing that AJ's final rebound and shot, and Hobson's block actually happened, I started to try a pinpoint a game MVP. or critical moment Unable at the time, I walked away mumbling about what a typically great team effort I had just watched. The next day, watching the replay not once, but twice, I was most impressed by two consecutive 3's by RO (the first off a MacDonald Steal) when the Cougar's had gone up 4 and the game was slipping away. To me, this team is at its best when threatened, and often RO is there with a key basket. I am sure many will disagree but that moment was key for me.

BTW, the quotes in the article came from this interview. http://all-access.cbssports.com/player.html?code=nm

The truly best basketball players are those that make everyone else better, regardless of their own stats. Never forget that basketball is the greatest team sport ever invented, and the greatest teams have the greatest team players - like Ro.

The writer of this article is a member of the local media. Tim Korte works in the local Associated Press office. Nice job by him.
