Born in Texas, moved to California when I was 8 (spent time in Davis (college), Redwood City, Santa Cruz, Sunnyvale, Cupertino), moved to Albuquerque in 1988, spent 2.5 years living in Ft Worth Area (Southlake) before moving back to Albuquerque in 2000. Still have family in San Jose area, San Diego, and north of LA. No relatives in El Paso (ewww). I hope Roman Martinez isn't reading this thread. :Afun)

Moved to ABQ when I was 5, left almost 25 years later. Spent a year in Austin, two in Lubbock, and six in Denver.

Been in SoCal since '94 -- right after the Northridge quake, and live less than two miles from the epicenter.

Mrs.expat and I were both born in 'Burque. Me in a hospital once known as BCMC, she was born in Presbyterian.

Both grew up in the Duke City but she also had stints in Hobbs, Farmington, and elsewhere.

La Luz, E.G. Ross, McKinley, La Cueva. Set on going to West Point, health problems kept me out. Went to UNM, and loved every minute. Grad school and career took me Oklahoma and Texas, now back in Oklahoma. Wish I was still in the Land of Mi Chante. Rio Arriba, all the way. :D

Well after eewwww I moved to Albq., then to Los Alamos, then to Tesuque, then to beautiful Punto del Burro Nayarit, now live on the side of a mountain in El Umbral (The Threshold) overlooking Banderas Bay in Nayarit Mexico!!
