We will have a 7'1 Ajou next year. We get Bigger and Bigger every year. SA and Co are doing an amazing job landing us the best talent. Thanks coach and Merry Christmas.

I believe he is a senior, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he will qualify to play next year. Don't be surprised if he turns out to be a 2012 Lobo.

Well I asked because I found this.

Chier Ajou (Culver Military Academy) - New Mexico

Chier is new to basketball but is an athletic 7'1" player that has a huge upside. Most people have not heard about him but watch after one year at prep school then he will join Steve Alford at New Mexico.

Ajou must be coming next year, otherwise Coach would have given Parks a scholarship. It's clear from the beginning that Curtis would not be here next year. Our guards here and with Dominique are too good.

He's a senior in high school now. A year of prep school means he joins UNM in the class of 2012.

Considering Culver Military Academy is a prep school I'm not sure its as clear as some of you think. Not only is CMA considered a prep school, but Chier is a "returning" letterman this year according to the CMA site.

He is a Senior at Culver and was there as a Junior as well, if he goes to prep school it could be anywhere.

Consider that Ajou is the one already at a prepatory type school (which focus on getting the right core credits and passing the SAT more so) while Nader is at a regular high school and Nader is also a year or two younger. Thus, it's easy to surmise why Ajou will likely be here next year and Nader will be at a prep school next year. I think both have a big future here regardless.
