But a newly unsealed court document casts some doubt on Righthaven's rights; defense attorneys are already using the new document to say that Righthaven cases are a "sham" and are "invalid."
This doesn't mean that posting links from LVRJ is OK, but it looks like there may be a shift in favor to those being sued by Righthaven.
If so, RPS deserves a refund.
