I used to do that myself, but it's been 23 years since I practiced in ABQ, and 20 since I left the state, so the people I knew are mostly retired now, or no longer litigating. But I did see a few names on the list of those practicing in civil rights that I remember. Not sure whether they do public accommodations cases (access to parking at the Pit falls under that area - or at least it did when I was practicing). You might want to contact Phil Davis, who I remember as competent, ethical and a general good guy. (Of course I haven't seen him or spoken with him in more than 20 years.)
