I don't know if this is true. I'd like someone to show me one shot from last night's game that wasn't an open look. I think the D Walker game looks strange and unfamiliar...so fans tend to think it is poor play. But his actual results are not poor. He has a purpose on the team..otherwise he wouldn't get play time.

Look I used to think that Walker was a ball hog. I also hate that he turns the ball over a little too much for me.

But Walker plays more minutes than PMac because he defends a lot better than Pmac would ever dream of. He goes all out all the time. And he's not afraid to shoot the ball. We need shots at this point in the season and our team is not aggressive in going to the basket as they should. Walker gives you this.

Alford has rules that he lives by when it comes to playing time and earning it. You get playing time if you GUARD and you earn it in practice. I love how fans question Alford as to why certain players don't get as much playing time as others. He is the coach and he knows best. Let's just say you don't know what goes on behind closed doors.
