Just got a new twitter account! Everybody go follow him @young_AG32 . Show him so Lobo love! Drew tweeted for everybody to follow him and hash tagged it with #LOBONATION
A violation that is completely unenforced. If the NCAA enforced it they would have to bring down the hammer on about every program in the country with enthusiasm for basketball. The "bluebloods" most of all.
Twitter is a good way to let recruits know that which schools have die-hard fans, and to appeal to their selfish side: where they'll get treated like celebrities. UNLV has gotten an enormous amount of attention from recruits around the country through twitter and lent a hand in landing many recruits. It's a message board for the whole world.
Unless the NCAA makes it known that they plan to crack-down on this whole Twitter thing, you guys can only help your chances with recruits by making yourself known via twitter.
If they actually took the Twitter thing seriously, everyone would be on the death penalty right now.
Wrong. Use the hashtag #UNMerciful
#UNMerciful

You can wish him luck with his recovery, congratulate him on his brother's draft status, etc. But you can't ask him to come and play at UNM. Like Mark said, use the hash tag.

Let's just flood him with tweets when Drew gets drafted.
"Coach Alford puts another one in the NBA. Congrats to @(insertDrew'stwitter). @young_AG32 must be one proud brother. #LOBONATION #UNMerciful."
