I noticed this as a new feature just below all of the stats on the avatar. Any one know what exactly it means and how it is calculated? Pretty cool little feature if you ask me.

Its always been there. But I wanted to play a joke when I first opened the site. I messed with the settings and broke it. Oops.
Its never worked since. I tried it now and it works again so I turned it on!
You can give someone positive or negative rep. Just click the star button. Kinda like the thanks. Im not sure how many will use it but if you want, its there!

I didn't check everyone's REP, but by just skimming the profiles of people who have been posting in the last couple days, it seems as if a lot of us are neck and neck in a race for second place, about 18,000,000+ rep points behind ricoLobo, who no doubt is worthy of such lofty status!
That's OK, though. I predict Garish will catch him sometime in March of 2017.
