    Holbrook eased....

    and vanned off to Ruidoso hospital for tests. For 2nd straight day he was unable to make it thru practice.

    That doesn't sound good at all. I know they ran tests and everything, but something's not right. I hope they find it, and BR is okay.

    He probably will return. But I don't know what it is. If it is not asthma, and he have experienced trouble breathing for 2 straight days and chest tightening than something must be wrong. I have asthma and I know it's not a joke.

    Really really sucks. I hope he gets better and they find out WHAT is causing it. I also hope Davie can figure out what to do if Holbrook is pulled due to medical issue... Gautsche may be our starter at this point.

    BR is having his heart looked at for problems, per Rick Wright. As of this evening UNM hasn't heard back from doctors. The echocardiogram was this morning.

    But there's a flu (?!) bug going around Ruidoso and some of the team has it. Some of the starters are getting little bugs with their hamstring as well.

    This is an epic allergy season, BR could just be having allergy or bronchial problems due to that.......spasms and tight chest are not unheard of in situations like this. I hope it is nothing more serious than that, BR has had a star crossed career, and the kid really deserves a chance to just play and have fun this year.
