Class of 2020 Bradley Ezewiro arrived on Friday to visit the University of New Mexico Lobos.

Ezewiro got an offer from UNM in April. Other schools that have shown interest in him include Arkansas, LSU, Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech.

Rick Lewis from Phenom Hoop Report had a lot of positive things to say about the three-star center.

“Ezewiro has a strong body and plenty of girth that makes his a tough matchup for opposing centers,” Lewis wrote. “He has the power and strength to overpower the majority of centers in the paint simply because he uses his body and frame to gain an excellent low-post position.”

Ezewiro currently attends Oak Hill Academy in Virginia and plays under head coach Steve Smith. Prior to his senior year, Ezewiro was at Bishop Montgomery high school in California.

Ezewiro attended the UNM football game on Friday, but said that what he was looking forward to the most was to attend the Cherry & Silver event on Saturday to see what the New Mexico basketball environment is like.

He is looking for a head coach that will give him minutes as a freshman, as well as an environment and community that can help him thrive in his career. As to what he brings to the table, Ezewiro said his strength is rebounding and the intensity he brings to practices and games.

Recruiting for the 2020 class is going well for the Lobos so far. They picked up Bayron Matos and Nolan Dorsey last weekend. Ezewiro himself retweeted Matos commitment announcement.
